Processing time
After your order is placed, we begin preparing it right away. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before your package is dispatched.
Shipping options & delivery times
Delivery times start after dispatch and are estimates. We ship worldwide, with the majority of our orders going to the United States.
- United States Standard Shipping:
7–15 business days - USA Express Shipping: 6–8 business daysInternational

Tracking your order.
Yes—all orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch, as carriers may need time to register the shipment in their system..
Wrong address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@ebangustore.com. We’ll do our best to update it, but address changes are not guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
Lost, stolen, or marked “delivered”
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
Check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building reception.
Contact the carrier to open a claim or investigation.
